  • The flooring layout is based on room criteria. Kitchen, Dining, Living Room with vitrified granamite tiles flooring and vitrified porcelain joint free tiles in all bedrooms and concept dado and floor ceramic tiles in toilets.
• KITCHEN
  • Granite top kitchen platform with stainless steel sink and electrical points as per location of appliances. Glazed tiles dado up to lintel level.
• DOORS & WINDOWS
  • Main door frame will be made from teak wood with panelled shutters in an attractive pattern. All internal frames will be made from seasons hardwood with the laminated flush door. All window frames will be made from hardwood with bright bar grills and seasons teak wood shutters.

  • Concealed plumbing and drainage with good quality fixtures.
